Frank Magliochetti News – True Liquid Biopsy: PanGIA BioMed
How Frank Magliochetti is Helping PanGIA Transform Early Disease Detection

Frank Magliochetti has always been one of those people who manages to stand at the intersection of medicine, technology, and finance — and still make it look effortless. If you know his story, you know he’s moved from pharmacy and toxicology into corporate finance, biotech leadership, and now into some of the most interesting projects I’ve seen in years.
I’ve had the privilege of writing about Frank and his ventures before, and every time he resurfaces with something new, it feels like we’re peeking into the future a little early.
A Career of Innovation

Frank’s professional path has zig-zagged through some serious territory: Baxter International, Kontron Instruments, Haemonetics, and Sandoz. He co-founded Parcae Capital, restructuring companies across healthcare and media. More recently, he’s been the guiding force behind ClickStream and Designer Genomics International, with projects ranging from apps and NFTs to genetic biomarker research.
Frank’s superpower? Spotting the next frontier before most people are even looking in that direction.
What’s New: PanGIA Biotech
Right now, Frank is consulting with and affiliated with PanGIA Biotech — and I’ll be honest, this one has me genuinely excited. PanGIA is developing a True Liquid Biopsy™, an AI-powered diagnostic that analyzes biomolecular changes in urine.
No blood. No tissue. Just data-rich insights that could change how we approach early detection of cancer, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and more.
Think about it: a test as simple as collecting a urine sample, paired with AI capable of spotting disease before symptoms even appear. That’s not just convenient — it’s a game-changer for healthcare accessibility and preventive medicine.
? I put together a deeper dive into PanGIA’s work here: Read about PanGIA’s True Liquid Biopsy.

Why This Matters
I’ve always admired Frank’s knack for aligning himself with projects that matter. Sure, plenty of companies chase trends, but the PanGIA play feels different — it’s not about hype, it’s about real-world impact.
Diagnostics is one of those spaces that touches everyone, whether you’re a patient, a provider, or someone caring for family. Making testing less invasive, more affordable, and more accurate isn’t just a win for medicine — it’s a win for society.

What’s Next
Knowing Frank, this isn’t the last innovative project we’ll be writing about. With PanGIA, BioMedBoston, and LifeScience Boston on the horizon, the next few years are shaping up to be an exciting ride.
I’ll be keeping an eye on his work (and sharing here when there’s news worth celebrating). For now, I can honestly say: PanGIA’s True Liquid Biopsy is one of those “remember where you first heard about it” moments.
Stay tuned — this is just the beginning.
